Sweet Makopa.
The wax apple or makopa is
commercially produced in such countries as Thailand,
Taiwan and Malaysia. That's because they have
superior varieties that are well-liked by consumers.
One of the favorites in Thailand is this red variety
that is elongated. Thee are other varieties which
are green, maroon and a seedless miniature pink.

Apple Macopa in Season.
This early, the Malaysia macopa with maroon fruits
(popularly called Apple Macopa) is now in season and
will continue to be so up to the summer months. It
is prolific bearer. While some the fruits are
ripening, there are new flowers emerging. One fellow
who has propagated this variety in big number is
